**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes using advanced data visualization techniques.
- Interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Utilize critical thinking to identify innovative trends and emerging market opportunities.
- Actively engage in market research to scout and evaluate potential partnerships within the PSO community, fostering collaborative growth.
- Provide regular status updates and constructive feedback to project teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in project walkthroughs to gather comprehensive business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document design specifications and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop functional test plans and coordinate testing activities to ensure solutions meet established criteria.
- Facilitate user training sessions to enhance adoption and ensure smooth transition during implementation.
- Assist in the formulation of business strategies by analyzing data trends and conducting market research.
- Utilize insights to identify and engage high-potential clients, contributing to the growth and expansion of business initiatives.

**Role Requirements**:

- Full certificate in GCE 'A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification equivalent to the above.
- Full-time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Part-time positions available.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and resourceful mindset.
- Ability to lead and innovate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
