**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly management reporting packs, deep dive and analyse financial performance against prior performance, budget and identify issues that require further action
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic projects and initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Develop and refine sophisticated financial models that assess their viability
- Consolidate data to identify trends, drivers and other key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business.
- Prepare and monitor financial performance metrics and KPIs for management review.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and specialized reports to support decision-making processes and strategic planning efforts.
- Evaluate existing financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Assist in preparing presentations for executive leadership, distilling complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.
- Ensure and deliver high-quality management reporting
- Manage diverse datasets across various scenarios, translate complex data to key messages

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modelling and data analysis; familiarity with other analytical tools or software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving ability, and ability to perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to leaders clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Possess a "can do" attitude and is comfortable suggesting and driving process improvements and changes
