The Business Analyst will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver data-driven insights through visualisation and analytics to guide strategy.
  • Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the PSO network.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles with efficiency and precision.
  • Align teams through clear updates, transparent communication, and feedback.
  • Support projects with requirements gathering, testing, training, and implementation.
  • Develop strategic initiatives targeting high-potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
  • Present financial performance and insights to executives and stakeholders.

Role Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Part-time positions are also available.
