**Job Title**:Insights Analytics Analyst
**Location**:Bengaluru - Manyata Tech Park

We’re delivering on this by working together with our business colleagues to jointly solve problems with customer centricity and technical innovation, cultivating a world-class team of empowered people and building technology solutions for the future. We put the customer at the centre of everything we do and measure our performance against the groups’ external customer satisfaction measures. Our team is composed of data and Analytics engineers, data scientists, and leaders, who bring in the right mix of skills. We also work very closely with our business and operations colleagues to support these services which are critical to the Australian and Global economy.

**Impact**& Contribution**:The role involves working closely with multiple teams like marketing, partnership teams, CEE teams, technology and CDAO to deliver partnership offer. Passionate about customers and the opportunity to build trust and customer advocacy through data-driven insights.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Fostering a continuous learning culture, encouraging the team to continuously demonstrate our PACE ‘mindsets.’
- Delivering sound business decision making insight using superb data analytics, statistical modelling and data visualizationAdhering to guardrails - contributing to and adhering to the standards and policies defined by the Practice.

**Essential Skills**:

- Intermediate SQL and Wherescape expertise with atleast 3-6 years of experience
- A working knowledge of reporting tools including SSRS and Tableau/PowerBI
- Ability to work with complex data to deliver meaningful, relevant, actionable insights.
- Ability to deliver high quality, accurate and on-time insights and analytics.
- Good problem-solving skills, comfortable working in complex, challenging environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to groups.An ability to master new tools as required.

**Education Qualification**:Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
