As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will identify, strategize and grow key customer prospects by designing, building and growing our social media presence. At its core, marketing at PSO starts with technology and ends with the client, bringing both together in unconventional ways.

- Key Responsibilities -

  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including posts, ads, and engagement analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product launches, promotions, and key announcements.
  • Develop and edit content for websites, articles, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor social media presence, track competitors, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Launch interactive campaigns and contests to strengthen customer engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise strategies.
  • Recommend budgets and allocate resources to maximise marketing ROI.

- Role Requirements -

Qualifications:

  • A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.

Eligibility:

  • Open to Singapore Citizens.

Work Hours:

  • Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong innovation skills with a deep understanding of the target market.
  • Proficient in editing software from the Adobe Creative Suite or similar applications.
  • Highly attuned to current market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights to inform strategies.
  • Creativity and a passion for digital marketing trends.
