**Your role**
- Being part of the IB Client Onboarding Functional Management Team - supporting APAC Investment Banking business.
- You would be joining a dynamic yet challenging environment, providing the support to APAC Onboarding team in integrating new regulatory requirements and policy changes into the onboarding process. Review CIP (e.g. AML documents) and Non-CIP (new regulatory requirements, disclosure pack, etc) in accordance with internal and external regulations
- Support new business initiatives implementation from Client Onboarding perspective and roll out the process into BAU.
- Oversee various remediation projects and systems/booking model changes to ensure onboarding requirements are met and operations risks are minimized
- Responsible for timely response and updates to Business and Compliance
- Promote automation and digitalization agenda within Client Onboarding Team

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Client Lifecycle Management - Functional Management Team in Singapore. The CLM-FM Team sits within APAC Investment Banking Operations and work closely with various client onboarding teams within APAC and across the global to ensure regulatory requirements and policy changes are integrated well into the onboarding process, implementing proper governance, supervision and change management across APAC onboarding process.

**Your expertise**
- 3 years or more of relevant work experience in KYC onboarding, Compliance or AML experience within banking/financial sector.
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholders management
- Good understanding in current regulatory requirements on client onboarding will be an advantage
- Strong risk and control mindset
- Strong organizational skills, be able to structure, plan work and identify resources needed to complete the task.
- Good relationship management and influencing skills to work with a wide spectrum of working partners and at the same time be able to challenge them effectively and collaboratively
