**Key Transition Role: Effective Client Onboarding Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless client transitions to our institution's capabilities.

As the primary point of contact, you will manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service throughout the transition process.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication between our institution's capabilities and client requirements
  • Lead regular stakeholder meetings and provide updates on the transition pipeline
  • Manage and prioritize the transition pipeline of APAC clients with the business team
  • Define client requirements in collaboration with Prime Brokerage and Local Market Sales teams
  • Coordinate legal, credit, and compliance sign-offs in respective systems

Additional Responsibilities & Functions:

  • Establish new relationships in on-boarding systems
  • Coordinate quality assurance (QA) and KYC processes with sales, client, and QA teams
  • Request and coordinate negotiation of relevant agreements with Legal, Client, and Business

**Client Onboarding Process:**

  • Verify various client data, products traded, and contact information
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding
