**What the role is**
- The incumbent drives and implements policies and measures to ensure that the SEAB building and the agency’s internal administrative functions meet the goal of being smart, sustainable and safe through the leverage of information technology. He/she inspires and guides the team to adopt advanced information technology in their area of work, to design advanced maintenance programmes and develop new processes leveraging on networks of advanced systems, data analytics and digitalisation capabilities.

**What you will be working on**
- Successful applicant will play an active role in driving the implementation of policies and measures to ensure that the building and internal administrative functions meet the goal of being smart, sustainable and safe for users. The key responsibilities include: - Lead and guide the team to adopt Internet of Things (IoT) in their area of work in developing advanced programmes and processes for day-to-day operations - Explore, lead and drive smart building initiatives and set progressive performance targets - Oversee compliance and adoption of workplace safety and health, and fire safety-related measures - Oversee the office administration functions - Promote and engage stakeholders to embrace green initiatives

**What we are looking for**
- A tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Estate Management and / or Information Technology from a reputable institution - At least 5 to 10 years’ of experience in estate management, smart facilities management, and information technology - Experience in office administrative functions is an added advantage - Good project management skills - Strong leadership with good communication skills - Customer-centric - Curious-minded and interested in information technology
