**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are currently looking for a Project Secretary for an FPSO project to be based at site.
- Provides professional secretarial and administration support to the project’s site team members
- Full secretarial and administrative support to the Project Manager
- Ensure the efficient running of the site office
- Plans, coordinates and organizes meetings and events
- Assist in preparation of various reports and documentation as required
- Manage and record petty cash (if applicable)
- Manages procurement of office supplies and other essentials and arrange distributions
- If required, ensure travel, accommodation, permits, medicals and other project related arrangements are made
- Collates and checks timesheets from project personnel, arranges for approval and submission
- Liaises with agents, vendors, contractors for services required for the project
- Arranges security passes and any other documentation requirements for the site
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with sense of commitment and responsibility
