The Director - Special Projects (DSP) is the key member of the Senior Management Team to spearhead the development of new initiatives the Board undertake in bringing the business forward. These initiatives could cover a wide range of areas with the specific interests in the digital marketing, global marketing drive, technology driven future businesses as well as digitalization of our processes. The DSP could be deployed to a specific Fund within our portfolio to ensure all Fund decisions are taken with robust analysis, commercially sound, risks are taken into considerations within the mandate given to the Fund. The DSP is accountable for the full cycle management of the initiatives or projects, from inception until the launch and the monitoring of the operations of the initiatives/projects. The DSP is also expected to contribute in the development of process enhancements within the organization, whilst improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

**RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Project Development**

The DSP is responsible for commercialization of business initiatives by ensuring the development of projects are well executed, engage all stakeholders, and operationally ready when the projects go live. Being a Senior Management Team, the DSP will play a key role in ensuring business initiatives are developed with prudent commercial objectives in mind, whilst risks to the business are mitigated and/or minimized.
- **Project Operations**

The DSP is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Projects. He or she is responsible to ensure all key stages of the Projects are executed properly with appropriate decision being taken, direction of the Projects are in-line with the mandate given, issues are resolved in the most efficient manner and budget/timeline of the Projects are observed.
- **Project Commercialisation**

The DSP is accountable for the launch of the Projects including the development and execution of launch strategy that adhered to the mandate given. Seamless transition between Projects Stage to Operational Stage are ensured, covering all required supports system as well as the business readiness.
