**Job Description: Special Projects & General Counsel
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team in a dual role as Special Projects Coordinator and General Counsel. As part of this dynamic position, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and providing expert legal counsel to our company. This role requires a creative thinker, a problem solver, and a legal expert who can effectively manage diverse projects and legal matters.

Special Projects Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with company leaders to design and execute strategies for achieving special project goals and objectives.
- Build and lead a specialized project team, overseeing recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of team members.
- Develop and manage budgets for special projects, conducting periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Identify areas for improvement in daily business operations and implement optimal operating procedures.
- Mentor key team members and foster a motivating work environment.
- Assist in capital and investment decision-making, as well as business-expanding and internationalization strategies.

General Counsel Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to the company directors, developing effective legal strategies and solutions.
- Research, interpret, and prepare written and oral opinions on a wide range of legal issues.
- Draft, review, and approve policies, procedures, regulations, bylaws, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in judicial and administrative proceedings, as well as negotiations with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and select outside counsel as needed for legal opinions and handling claims and litigation.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and legal documents.

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, continuously challenging the status quo and providing innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Demonstrate leadership with integrity, taking ownership of projects from inception to successful implementation.
- Exhibit flexibility in working effectively across various functions, departments, and cultural contexts.
- Hold a law degree with strong academic credentials.
- Have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a transactional attorney at a law firm.
