Job Responsibilities:
**1. Project Coordination & Follow-Up**
- Track and monitor the progress of all business development projects, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely updates and adherence to project milestones.
- Serve as a liaison between the Business Development Director and various teams, facilitating clear communication and efficient project management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, key actions, & timelines.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, holding team members accountable for deliverables to maintain momentum across projects.

**2. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Effectively communicate project updates, instructions, and feedback from the Business Development Director to the team, ensuring prompt action and clarity.
- Support relationship management with internal and external stakeholders by facilitating smooth, professional, and effective communication.

**3. Operational & Administrative Support**
- Provide administrative support on various business development activities, including preparing documents, managing data, and conducting necessary research.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, event logistics, and other operational needs for the Business Development Director.
- Manage ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed to support the productivity and efficiency of Rigel Technologies’ Business Development team.
- Oversee and manage the Business Development Director’s calendar, arranging meetings, appointments, and coordinating schedules to avoid conflicts.
- Prioritize meeting requests based on strategic importance, project deadlines, and stakeholder needs.
- Prepare necessary materials for meetings, ensuring the Director is well-informed on objectives and relevant discussion points.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise effectively between teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks such as document preparation, data management, and research.
- Experience managing senior management calendars, prioritizing meetings, and coordinating schedules.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain accuracy across tasks.
