Expand the client base business through cold calling and tenders
- Maintains and builds strong relationships with new and existing clients by having good understanding of clients’ business, unique needs and goals
- Communicate effectively with clients and proactively meeting or exceeding clients’ service expectations to ensure clients’ satisfaction
- Attend to and follow up with client requests, queries and feedback
- Prepare quotation, proposal, presentation and letter of offer to clients
- Liaise with project development team and 3rd party contractors to carry out site surveys
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and good team player
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
