Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy segment. This includes building and managing strong client relationships, ensuring regular engagement and account servicing.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential for proposing pricing strategies and developing customised electricity packages. Identifying new business opportunities and supporting product development for strategic growth are key responsibilities.

Furthermore, the candidate must gather competitor intelligence on pricing, products, and market trends to support positioning. Ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and accurate documentation for contracts, deposits, and approvals is crucial.

The successful candidate will possess a degree or diploma holders with minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience. Additionally, 3–5 years of account management experience in the commercial or industrial energy sector is required.

Prior leadership and power industry experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with proven ability to interpret contracts, pricing, and technical documents are essential. Analytical, adaptable, and sales-driven individuals who can manage change and solve problems logically are highly desirable.
