**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Your day-to-day work includes the following: - Strategic thinking and planning of a holistic communications and engagement plan to drive the dissemination of key family messaging and initiatives;
- Development and management of marketing and communication plans to publicise and create awareness of policies and programmes under the Family Development Group;
- Overseeing creation and management of website and social media content to drive online marketing efforts; and - Strategizing and planning media engagement for key announcements ch.

**What we are looking for**
- Functional/Technical Competencies: - Experience in developing and managing marketing and public relations initiatives - Experience in running events and working with multiple partners and stakeholders - Experience in planning and managing media engagement - At least 8 years of relevant work experience Generic Competencies: - Experience leading a team - Strong relationship building /interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) - Resourceful - Self-starter with strong sense of initiative - Effective team player, who is able to work independently and under pressure
