**About The Role**
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Co-develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Ensure operational excellence in all recruitment processes and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Foster relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) including hiring managers, agencies, educational institutes, etc.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
