We are seeking an experienced, customer service focused Senior Global Mobility Consultant to join our exemplary service team. This role will cover the APAC region. **Job Summary**:
The Senior Global Mobility Consultant is responsible for the execution of global mobility programs and services supporting short-term & long-term international assignments and permanent international transfers. The role will serve as a strategic partner with our client stakeholders as well as third-party vendors to ensure operational excellence with the highest level of compliance, including forward-thinking capabilities to speed up the global assignee learning curve.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in mobility / immigration and/or human resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Exceptional, demonstrated customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identity issues and potential resolutions quickly and effectively
- Familiarity with Apro and other tracking systems a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus
