**COMPANY OVERVIEW**

The Cooperative Fuel Research (CFR) Committee has close to a century of history.

With the development of the CFR engine, the automotive and petroleum industries now had a universally accepted standard for defining fuel quality.

Multiple thousands of CFR F1/F2 Octane & CFR F5 Cetane test engines were delivered and installed in all major refineries and test labs around the globe to provide GOLD Class testing standards. The reliability of CFR products has been consistently maintained for over 90 years through a series of well-designed system upgrades and product enhancements.

CFR Engines Inc. was formed in 2014 for the purpose of taking on the CFR business. Since then, all CFR products are manufactured in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA.

CFR Asia Pte. Ltd. was set up in Singapore in 2019 as the Regional Sales and Distribution Hub to support our well-established clientele base in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa. To ensure sufficient support coverage, we are looking to expand our team and operations in Singapore and across the region.

**JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As our Group HR Director, you will develop and manage the overall provision of the HR management systems within the Group including:

- Develop new HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to all Employment Acts and Laws for our Singapore and Regional Offices
- Liaise and work with employment agencies to look after our overseas employees, namely in Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment cycle from talent sourcing to negotiation of offers and onboarding
- Develop sourcing and selection strategies to ensure a pipeline of talent to fulfil the Group’s manpower needs
- Develop and implement HR strategies in the areas of talent retention
- Provide day-to-day HR operational tasks including managing resignation procedures; managing leave and claims; performance review system; payroll matters; and renewal of annual staff and office insurance.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration is mandatory
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on operational HR experience and demonstrated knowledge
- Cultural knowledge to work in an environment with Chinese and US teams, and comfort in working independently
- Approachable to all levels of employees
- Fluent in conversational Mandarin is necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
