As a Duty Manager at Prosegur Change, you will play a critical role in organizing, managing, and monitoring stock levels to maximize efficiency. Your primary focus will be on stock ordering and ensuring timely delivery of cash in alignment with budgets and operational needs. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth coordination and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Seize every GP opportunity by leading the team in continual customer engagement, upselling, and deal closure.
- Drive the business to new horizons, ensuring targets are not just met but exceeded.
- Conduct covert internal audits and spot checks like a financial detective.
- Navigate the day-to-day running of the branch within agreed limits. - Fulfil internal transfer and treasury requirements with the precision of a financial wizard.
- Command selling and customer service activities, optimizing sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the charge with a proactive approach, inspiring the team to conquer new frontiers.
- Conduct training and development sessions to cultivate a crew of financial aviators.
- Ensure health, safety, and security procedures within the branch are adhered to like a flight plan.
- Keep an eagle eye on performance levels, ensuring the team has the skills to navigate any financial weather.
- Delegate and lead by example to maintain a clean and tidy bureau - no financial turbulence here.
- Stock up on local and foreign currency, traveler’s cheques, and all ancillary products - your duty to the financial passengers.
- Navigate and implement all company policies and procedures like a seasoned pilot.
- Undertake other duties as considered essential for effective operations and services - because in the financial skies, there's always an adventure

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience navigating the financial skies in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills - the ability to be the captain of the financial ship.
- Knowledge of foreign currency exchange and financial markets - your compass in the financial journey.
- Flexibility and reliable transport to reach the airport at unsociable hours - the keys to your financial cockpit.

**Working Hours**:

- 37.5 hours per week 5 out of 7 days, flexible hours, including weekend, evenings and night shifts.

**Eligibility**:

- Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore.
