**Responsibilities**:
- According to the overall strategic plan, formulate brand and category planning, and carry out sales plan formulation and cost control.
- Identify opportunities, gaps and priorities within category and oversee acquisition of new vendors, brands and sellers.
- Responsible for key indicators such as GMV, conversion rate, IPV UV, AOV & ARPU of designated category contributing to overall platform health.
- Compile and analyse both internal and external data to improve business performance and guide commercial strategy.
- Ensure continuity of processes between brands, procurement, logistics, operations and finance functions.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors involving negotiation of best prices, quantities and delivery timescales in accordance to commercial needs.
- Develop categorical campaigns with campaign manager and marketing team to achieve sales goals.
- Lead site merchandisers on uploads of data, visuals and description by ensuring accuracy of information flow.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offline + online category procurement and sales in the benchmarking category industry, self-operated platforms are preferred.
- Experience in retail, ideally in e-commerce or in a fashion brand.
- The level of purchasing and selling brands covers all levels of brands, is sensitive to changes in the market and consumers, and has strong control over price negotiation.
- Billion-level business management ability, with category planning and cargo grouping ability.
- Sensitive to data, pay attention to details.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin preferred in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts in HQ.
