As an Assistant Buyer, you are responsible for raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records. This role also assists in the sourcing of products and overall contractor selection process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and work closely with Buyer, suppliers on product selection, pricing and negotiations etc
- Process and follow up on purchase orders, ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock
- Manage inventory level and supplier performance
- Analyse sales data and assist Buyer with proposed buying strategies
- Perform quality assurance checks on product
- Keep abreast with market trends and anticipate future trends

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury/ fashion industry
- Able to speak Mandarin to liase with suppliers from China
- Strong analytical and negotiating skills
- A strong interest in fashion
- A team player with excellent communication skills
