The individual is focused to manage the Digital (electronics, semiconductor) Industry independently, by aligning to Global Industry Strategy (GIS), create regional strategy, tactics, and action plans through detecting trend, identify new area of business opportunities, collaboration with horizontal functions to develop solutions to meet customer needs through account plan, market research, and monitor the business outcome. This role must manage a virtual team (dotted line reporting) of national sales office industry leaders / managers through PDCA to achieve business goal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and execute the Regional Industry Strategy and roll out to Southeast Asia national sales offices. The industry strategy plan should align to Global Industry Strategy (GIS) and incorporate individual growth area.
- Ensure execution industry growth category tactics, and action plans & achieve business goals qualitatively and quantitively.
- Gather G10K customer issues through account management and develop industry value proposition solution with horizontal functions (Automation Technology Center, Product Marketing, national sales office industry leader) to capitalize market opportunities timely with right offering for growth.
- Collaborate with Global project team, other region to plan, and execute global presence account to achieve growth.
- Capture market trend both macro, mid-level to identify new opportunities or expansion.
- Monitor and control SGA expenses for assigned industry marketing activities.
- Analyze business situation through sales data and customer voice.
- From the customer voice input, provide insights to the product marketing team on product gaps for Southeast Asia industry.
- Monitor industry sales and marketing results & prepare monthly sales report, quarterly forecast.
- Support industry strategy marketing head in formulating yearly business plan and budgeting, and mid-term plan.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of business planning or marketing experience (operational & strategic)
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant industrial automation field in regional role.
- Well versed in regional electronics, smart devices, and/or semiconductor sector trend, competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
- Basic strategy tools (4P, 3C, PLM, Ansoff’s Growth Matrix, Porter’s Generic Strategies, SWOT, etc.)
- Strong planning and analytical skills in providing analysis of countermeasures
- Strong working experience in electronic (e.g smartphone, hard disk, electronics parts) manufacturing, and OR, semiconductor manufacturing.
- Logical Reasoning (Making Decisions, Methodical Approach, Research, Problem Solving)
- Communication (Collaborative work, Negotiation, Speaking & Listening Skills)
- Technical Competencies (Creative thinking, Technical Capabilities, Computer Literacy, Data Management, Program Knowledge)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable in interacting with all levels including Top Management
- Able to work independently
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Highly motivated in achieving sales results.
- Able to make decision based on set guidelines provided by management.
- May involve international travel from time to time.
