In line with the trend of _regionalization_ of the client buying center, Citi has pioneered coverage via the GSG Regional Account Manager( “RAM”) team. Being a sophisticated and large buying center, this demands best in class coverage. The RAM acts as the central client contact in the region and orchestrates the local delivery and execution of the Bank’s broad spectrum of solutions. The role will based in Singapore reporting to the Head of APAC RAM Team

**Key Responsibilities**:
Own a portfolio of TMT( Technology, Telecom, Media) accounts as the Regional Account Manager. Role location: Singapore Responsible for ambitious and market leading revenue growth Ownership of the client relationship across the Asia Pacific region( incl Japan) Deep understanding of client KPI’s, and client wallet, and a clear SOW growth strategy. Partnership with the PAM’s, Country GSG teams and product partners, to drive the client strategy for the APAC Region Risk: act as strong first line of defense Strong understanding of products across the complexity spectrum: such as commodities, structured trade/ lending, derivatives. Equally importantly, a track record of keenness to continuously learn. Ability to generate Alpha, by triangulating client KPI’s, corporate finance understanding, complex product knowledge and partner engagement Responsible for prospecting( JEDI) and be the knowledge champion for the geography (intra-APAC) & Products Identify and anticipate RFP cycles that would represent a window of opportunity to penetrate low ‘share of wallet’ relationships. Senior engagement: at CFO, CEOs and Senior decision making levels. Important focus on Content Delivery by capitalizing on the work produced internally in Citi (e.g. Financial Strategies Group), industry expertise as well as by being fully acquainted of the external business, economic and operating environment in the relevant industry and within APAC.

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:
Overall banking ( Coverage/ Product) experience of 10 + years of which, at least 7 years front-Line experience. Demonstrate broad product expertise, in particular those with more complex characteristics: Capital Markets, Fixed Income and Derivatives, Export Agency Financing, and other Structured Financings Good understanding of TMT industry, local / regional competitive environment Strong track record of demonstrating the highest degree of ownership, ie self-starters who are willing to OWN, LEAD and DRIVE the APAC client relationship Product versatility desired across Risk, Capital Markets and Flow products Experience in dealing with multiple geographies while working in coverage positions would be a plus Strong appreciation of cultural and matrix sensitivities is a must Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) MBA qualification or advanced degree would be highly advantageous (or equivalent experience)
