The Role

As a key member of the APJ HR team, this individual will be responsible for the execution of HR operational and administrative processes, and support for the Human Resources team throughout the employee lifecycle. In this role, the HR Coordinator will interact extensively with multi-site employees and managers in APJ, as well as the broader Human Resources organization.

Your Impact

Be first point of contact for all HR operational related queries

Administer HR-related documents, including offer letters and employment contracts

Coordinate new hire set-up and exit processes with Facilities, Information Services, and Payroll

Enter new hire, employee change, and exit information into the HRM system

Administer all aspects of the onboarding process throughout APJ including coordinating & conducting new hire onboarding

Responsible for the administration and support of recruitment activity, including interview scheduling

Create and maintain personnel files and template letters and assisting in the reviewing and renewing of HR policies

Support HRBPs with ER cases in accordance with HR policies and procedures, best practice, and employment legislation

Analysing and reporting regularly on HR metrics

Absence management and reporting

Support the regional HR team with all immigration administration matters as required

Facilitate the Global Purchase Requisition (GPR) process for HR-related expenses, and process department invoices for payment

Supporting Payroll administration and interfacing with Payroll colleagues

What You'll Need

Demonstrated HR administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and performing assignments with mínimal supervision

Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail. Proactive with a can-do attitude

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

HRM experience is essential. Experience using Workday preferred

Analytical, excellent data mining ability

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels in the organization including Senior Management

Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgement, tact and diplomacy in all communications. Experience maintaining confidentiality of assignments due to the exposure to sensitive information and contacts

Education and Experience

Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 3 - 5 years of Human Resource experience

Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels

Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Pro active, independent and good follow up skills
