We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Consultant to join our team. This is a senior role for a driven professional who thrives on building strong client partnerships, delivering HR solutions, and driving recruitment excellence across industries.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-impact recruitment projects across mid-to-senior level roles.
  • Expand and deepen client relationships, positioning People Profilers as a trusted HR partner.
  • Drive business development through consultative selling and networking.
  • Mentor and guide consultants to build a high-performance team.
  • Collaborate regionally to deliver integrated HR and recruitment services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in recruitment, executive search, or HR consulting.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
  • Experience in HR services such as EOR, staffing, or payroll outsourcing is an advantage.
  • Leadership ability with experience coaching and developing consultants.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for HR excellence.
