Product & Sales Executive

Provide Sales, Marketing and admin support to the existing team familiar with IoT industry or SaaS business.
- Provide follow up support in materializing all leads derive from exhibition that the company participated.
- Develop business plans including analysis of results, trends, market and logics.
- Analyst and assess competition price.
- Drive/invite customer to exhibition/show for promotion products
- Building of product promotion material and sales kits.
- Support/Drive distributors partner for market expansion
- Co-ordinate and maintain effective communication flow between sales and operation in relation to product focus, marketing initiatives and strategic initiatives.
- Assist senior management to drive market development.
- Sales pipeline forecast, revenue forecast, back-log forecast analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills at all levels, ensuring project team (and management as appropriate) is continually updated including successes, issues and concerns.
- Contract review and sales document of products review
- Support & Coordinating quotation process on new development.
- Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of methods, cost and result.
- Support and coordinate quotation of new product, new customer.
- Any ad hoc duties as requirement.
**Requirement**
- At least Degree in BA, Engineering or Marketing disciplines.
- Prior work experience with IOT, Tech companies, Cloud platform, Industrial, System Integration, IoT solutions & concept of data storage over cloud & sensor data controller selling, microcontroller and/or display interface controller.
- Knowledge in SaaS and IoT device & Knowledge of Electronics or Semiconductor industry/product development will be a plus.
- Able to participate and facilitate group meetings.
- Able to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
- Experience in handling budgets and negotiating contracts.
- Possesses market insight and planning skills.
- Professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work at flexible schedule. Client orientation
- Able to travel occasionally for client visits
