To complement our diverse team of specialists, we are looking for a mature personality with expertise and enthusiasm for the role of HR Manager (80-100%) at our Singapore location (permanent or temporary employment possible). In this role, you will be responsible for all local people issues (administrative and strategic) and will be part of a global network of people specialists with whom you will be in constant exchange and collaborate on global projects.

The following tasks await you:
- Managing the full spectrum of HR in Adnovum Singapore (recruitment, on/offboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, budgets, learning and development, employee relations, policy development and planning, etc.)
- Overseeing and continuously improving recruitment activities while collaborating closely with the Technical Recruiter located in Vietnam, providing coaching and mentoring
- Facilitating corporate culture and communication throughout the organization
- Consulting and coaching line managers and employees in conflicts, personnel development, disciplinary actions, dismissals and other sensitive situations
- Working on strategic topics in order to increase employee retention, employee satisfaction, visibility of Adnovum Singapore as an employer of choice in the IT market, and fostering our values in line with the overall People strategy
- Owning and driving training and development processes and initiatives
- Partnering up with the global People team and contributing or driving global People initiatives
- Maintaining and establishing relevant industrial partnerships
**What we're looking for**:
- A university degree in HR, Business Administration or another relevant field
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources management in an international environment, preferably in an IT or engineering company
- Ability to create relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels and geographies, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills
- Willingness to do hands-on HR Admin tasks
- A proven track record in defining and implementing company and/or HR strategies
- A growth mindset, a self-motivated, open-minded, reliable and conscientious attitude, exceptional troubleshooting, organizational, time-management, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
