**Key Responsibilites**
- Communication with members - respond to membership-related enquiries, feedback and requests
- Prepare membership package for new members
- Manage and maintain members database
- Disseminate information and publicity materials
- Invoicing and tracking of membership subscription
- Organize events for members like the Induction Comitia
- Perform full range of administrative duties including reports preparation, gathering statistics, correspondence, filing, digitalization of records, preparation and safe-keeping of certificates and records, sourcing for vendors, keeping stock and preparation of academic gowns and gifts
- Support and execute membership engagement initiatives set by the Council and its committees

**Requirements**:

- Polytechnic Diploma with 2 years relevant experience in administration, membership organizations or data management
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
- Possess good numeracy and data management skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Strong organizational skills with ability to see through projects from start to finish
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Works well under pressure and is able to meet deadlines
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends for meetings and events
