AUPE is seeking a proactive and personable Membership Officer to join our team. As a Membership Officer, you will be at the forefront of engaging with our existing members and attracting new ones to enhance our organization's growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Actively engage with current members to understand their needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct outreach and promotional activities to increase membership enrollment.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about membership benefits and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling membership campaigns.
- Organize and participate in events to promote membership and foster a sense of community.
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
- Prepare regular reports on membership trends and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in membership management, customer relations, or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
