The role is based in our Singapore office and focused on the Indonesia market. Being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Guide our clients and partners to successful integrations with Meta’s Business Messaging and Marketing solutions through deep technical collaboration and a focus on delivering business success
- Keep track of industry trends and build a thorough market understanding on how Business Messaging can contribute to business goals
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering and other XFN teams to unlock and execute on these opportunities
- Influence the industry through technology by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audience
- Independently break down projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners to meet pre-established goals
- Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners
- Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics
- Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 4+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer
- 4+ years of experience working with software systems including querying, SQL scripting, and working with API development
- 4+ years of working in a client or partner facing role, with a track record of successful integration projects
- Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
- Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends
- Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required as the role manages clients whose usual business language is Bahasa Indonesia
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience working with the Indonesia market
- Experience with Business Messaging partners and products
- Experience with Meta’s Advertising and Business Messaging product suite
