Key Responsibilities
Helping companies translate business strategy into effective operations to maximize business performance; helping CFOs identify, design and implement programs that can transform their finance function.
Expertise in business strategy, business restructuring, strategic management and business processes.
Improve performance through analysis of existing business problems and development of future planning.
Recommend new methods, systems, procedures or organizational changes.
Project management skills
Solid time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Presentation and communication skills, translating complex information into a simplified presentation.
Job requirements
Required Skills And Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business; master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance transformation projects.
Knowledge in SAP application is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Develop solutions or alternatives to the current state.
Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions.
Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork.
Able to lead a team, with strong social and communication skills.
Eloquent and fluent in English (verbal and written); Chinese is a plus.
