**About the role**:
SAP University Alliances is a program which enables faculty to bring the latest SAP software and SAP University Alliances curriculum into classrooms and academic research, to better prepare the next generation designers, developers, data scientists, makers, entrepreneurs and business leaders for the intelligent enterprise. Through a network of about 3,000 educational institutions and universities worldwide in across 113 countries worldwide, SAP University Alliances aims to develop critical skills for digital futures among academics, university students and young thinkers.

**Expectations and Tasks**:

- The primary focus of the SAP University Alliances Intern in Singapore (“UA Intern”) will be to support the Senior Director of the SAP University Alliances (UA) for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) and the UA team in APJ to build the SAP UA network of academic thought leaders and researchers, faculties and students to drive SAP UA memberships and services in the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) for talent development.
- The UA intern will support the UA team to coordinate and report on key university program and initiatives like SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP Next-Gen and number of student certification.
- The UA intern will strongly support the regional UA team in planning and executing many UA events including collaborating with student clubs in key universities.
- The UA Intern will support SAP UA member schools in the region and drive growth of new members, including supporting them to run the SAP Next-Gen Labs and projects on their campuses.
- The UA Intern will coordinate with the SAP UA manager and ensure that (a) KPIs are met, (b) costs are controlled within a defined budget, (c) appropriate SAP legal agreements are in place for UA members as well as UA projects with academia customers and partners, and (d) any other tasks that the UA Manager may be asked to drive for UA in APJ and globally.

**Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies**:

- Experience in planning, coordinating and executing both physical and virtual events
- Experience in analysis and using tools to help UA Manager gain insight on the state of the UA program.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and social media skills.
- Study concentrations in business, technology and/or entrepreneurship preferred.
- Good exposure to the latest technology and how they can help businesses/enterprises. Knowledge on SAP will be a plus.
