SAP Labs Singapore is the 21st engineering hub in the SAP Labs Network and is the newest digital innovation hub at SAP that will drive product leadership, foster the best digital talent, and boost ecosystem and community engagement.

This Lab will work on leading technology areas, including SAP S/4 Cloud, Sustainability, SAP Business Network, AI/Machine Learning, and Cloud operations to serve businesses globally through an accelerated focus on product leadership.

**Your future team**

As part of the Product Engineering unit, the SAP S/4HANA Product Success team is the voice of our customers and partners to ensure product success, innovation adoption, strategic co-innovation to ultimately deliver customer advocacy for SAP S/4HANA and Digital Supply Chain.

Based in SAP Labs Singapore, but part of a global product engineering team based in multiple locations around the world, you will have the opportunity to work with the market leading portfolio of S/4HANA product teams.

**Purpose and objectives**

As a Product Associate, you will be part of Product Engineering, organized in a Regional Knowledge Hub. You will work closely with our customers/partners to safeguard projects and to achieve successful go-lives as well as share hands-on experience back with engineering teams to improve our solutions every day. Product Associates are expected to share expertise with communities to scale the knowledge. You will become a key contributor to customers' experience, and the success of S/4HANA Cloud and Digital Supply Chain public cloud solution.

**Expectations and tasks**
- Act as product advisor in S/4HANA Cloud and Digital Supply Chain cloud solution activations
- Collaborate with customer, partner and field functions as well as product management and engineering to share experience & manage customer demand in a regional setup
- Actively influence S/4HANA Cloud and Digital Supply Chain solution roadmap, based on customer/partner feedbacks throughout the process from discovery to renewal along the product’s strategic direction
- Support removing adoption barriers, guide and improve customer projects, foster a cloud mindset
- Support regional SAP and external facing roles with deep product expertise as the Product/ Engineering knowledge bridge
- Drive a Product mindset: Be an ambassador and change agent for new technologies and innovation related to our products

**Educational and experience requirements**
- Knowledgeable and passionate about Software as a Service (SaaS)/ Platform as a Service (PaaS); work experience is a plus
- Empathy for customers along with ambition to drive product excellence
- Communication, facilitation, and networking skills
- Willingness to acquire extensive product knowledge and learn new skills at short notice
- Ability to work against tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality
- English-fluent speaker: any other Asian language is a plus
