**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist the Project Manager to monitor all site activities, to collect facts and information pertaining to the site, keeping record of all site activities and all other required information.
- Supervise all inspection activities and ensure compliance to all flight plans/drawings, method of statements / risk assessments and specifications.
- Execute and supervise inspections works and any other related work in compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure that contractors carry out the works in accordance to the work schedule and in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore.
- Use our SFI platform to assess façade defects data and provide rectification recommendations.
- Work with the Competent Person on the generation and assessment of building façade inspection report.
- Ensure that reports comply to the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore.
- Assist on related data transfer to SFI platform.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
**Key Requirements**
- A certificate evidencing attending and successfully completing the course called the “Certificate in Façade Inspection” conducted by the BCA Academy, the IES Academy or other training bodies recognised by the building regulatory authority
- At least 5 years of experience in facade inspection and maintenance activities
- Recognised Diploma/Degree in Building, Civil and Structural Engineering or Architectural
- Registered Facade Inspector by IES
