Coordinate and support the daily operations of projects from inception to completion.
- Attend site/call meeting with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project goals and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site, follow up on action items
- Track and controlling project costs, budgets, and timelines.
- Assist in scheduling subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Assist with supervising and or assisting with on-site rectification works when needed
- To ensure all activities are accurate and done according to regulations.Any other ad-hoc/urgent duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Prefer to have relavent experience
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, documentation, and project workflows
- Computer literacy in **MS office**preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing
- Able to read and understand layout plans/drawings, and electrical schematics
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good working attitude with willing to get hands dirty and take a hands-on approach to the task on site
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently and under pressure.
- Able to speak **English and Chinese**, well coordinate between clients, sub-contractors and workers
- Valid **Class 3 driver license**and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Willing to work **6-day work week**+ OT when needed
