- 7-10 + years of business development, strategic partnerships, or program/product management experience
- 7+ years working with customers in helping them with technology decisions, preferably in messaging, hosted and managed services in technology industry
- Experience in selling technical cloud services or software technology products.
- Technical and/or business degree required.

Job summary

Key job responsibilities
- Serve as a Digital User Engagement Specialist to develop the overall category Go-To-Market (GTM) and technical strategy in APJ.
- Adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.
- Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., AWS service teams, legal, support, et. al.).
- Develop the DUE GTM motion strategy for specific AWS market segments and industry verticals in APJ.
- Define a strategic partner development plan to compliment the GTM motion strategy in target markets and ensure it is in line with the service engineering team product direction.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and complex business requirements and activities that drive category specific selection in collaboration with the Service Product Management and Product Marketing teams.
- Define strategies to add ancillary services (ML, Connect, New Services) to the DUE portfolio to bring greater value to our customers, drive adoption and usage, and influence the service team roadmap.
- Prepare and give business reviews to the leadership management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers in APJ.
- Experience working with the Messaging Ecosystems, CRM or marketing automation
- Have worked for / with or in the Adobe, Salesforce, SAP Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Azure or Oracle Marketing Automation ecosystem of consultants and ISVs
