
Human Resources Executive

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Handle full spectrum recruitment process from sourcing, job posting, interviews, job offering and onboarding with the support from HR Admin
- Handle work pass related matters
- Handle off-boarding process of resignations with the support from HR Admin
- Maintain personal and employment information in personal files and Infotech system
- Improve compensation and employee benefits and welfare package (E.g Insurance
- Liase with Admin Executive to arrange Hygiene Course of new staff
- Handle Payroll and liase with Finance Team on a monthly basis
- Handle government agencies surveys
- Handle employee queries
- Assist to administer employee satisfaction surveys
- Organise employee engagement activities
- Work closely with HR Support to develop and improve policies and procedures of the company
- Provide data and reports for yearly budget, increment and appraisal activities
- Provide advices to departments on employee-related issues
- Other Ad-hoc work
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in HR or any business related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the service industry (experience in food and beverage, catering and/or hospitality industry will be an added advantage)
- Good communication skills and meticulous
- People-oriented and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience in infotech will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
