Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Perform reference and background checks
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requiremnets for business expansion and adapt promptly
Own and implement soucing across various channels including but not limited to job portals, social and professional networking sites, job fairs and so on
Own campus recruiting to hire top graduates for our management trainee program
Support and participate in other HR initiatives from planning to execution
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks where needed

**Requirements**:
Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
Have successfully built teams from scratch
People-oriented, results-driven, and have a strong desire for success
Positive with good interpersonal skills
Resourceful and familiar with the MOM regulations
Excellent in written and spoken English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
