A day in the life:
- Learn the end-to-end recruitment cycle from screening CVs to recruitment process involvement to onboarding new hires-
- Learn how to organize and execute employee engagement activities-
- Learn to prepare HR surveys and reports-
- Assist to prepare slides for various HR projects and perform presentation, when necessary-
- Assist with tracking of employees' training participation & budget utilisation rate and evaluating effectiveness of training-
- Support the maintenance of Learning & Development records and database-
- Get involved in several HR projects-
- Learn the end-to-end employee lifecycle processesWhat you need:
- A current or recent student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or similar capability-
- Have an interest in HR or Business Administration-
- A team player with positive attitude-
- Willingness to learn and takes ownership-
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is a plus-
- Good communication and interpersonal skills will be helpful-
