With the rapid expansion of OUE Restaurants’ portfolio of fine dining and mass-market brands in Singapore, we are on the lookout for individuals who are excited about hospitality and lifestyle and champion sustainable concepts.

We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to support the daily HR operations functions. You play a vital role in supporting the Company through the development and implantation of HR strategies to drive the Company’s culture. You will take a proactive role to ensure the smooth execution of all essential HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, and employee relation matters but not limited to:
**Responsibilities**
- Managing the full HR spectrums to support the day-to-day HR operations and activities for the brands.
- Assist full recruitment process (onboarding and offboarding).
- Working closely with all Brand leads; in a consultative role, advising them on all employee-related matters.
- Drive culture change and establish HR best practices in talent management and development.
- Assist in reviewing and improving HR workflow, policies, and procedures; roll out productivity initiatives to motivate employees and drive business performance.
- Assisting the team leads in facilitating performance management exercises for managing brands.
- Coordinating external training programs with various organizations.
- Serves as an internal consultant to foster team building and resolve differences, promoting high productivity, performance, and continuous improvements.
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior HR Manager.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant r experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry
- Experience with Infotech (HRIS) is an added advantage
- Able to start working immediately is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
