**Responsibilities**:

- Monitors and controls all the warehousing and distribution activities are carried out in the most efficient manner with accuracy and within the required lead-time
- To support Assistant Manager Operations in all inbound/outbound operation activities involving documentation control and proper records
- Measure and monitor daily operational KPI’s (e.g. productivity, picking/put away accuracy) and take corrective measures for variances vs. agreed standards
- Ensures all transactions are processed accurately and timely, including warehouse system updating
- Conducting daily/weekly and monthly cycle counts and maintaining 100% of inventory accuracy, good stock integrity and accuracy at all time. Investigates and reports of any stock discrepancies and resolves them promptly
- Continuously instills and implements good housekeeping, safety and security policies and procedures, and carries out daily inspection and audit
- Focus on improvement and optimization of service capabilities.
- Maintain a good filing/documentation system related to operations activities
- Responsible for inspection, maintenance of building, refrigeration system and M&E equipment
- Supervise the contractor’s work in the facility to guarantee safety and quality and reliability of work; ensure maintenance works are carried out in accordance with schedule and specifications
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
- Proactive identification of facility improvements, facility audit preparation and coordination

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Good knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems
- Good knowledge and exposure on facility maintenance, freezer/ cold chain management will be preferable
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Must be computer literate
- Planning, co-ordination, and communication.
- Strong analytical with good judgment and sense of urgency.
- Self-starter and team player
- Minimum 2 years logistics operations experience in warehouse, distribution centre or third-party logistics environment
- Working experience in cold chain will be an added advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline, preferably in Logistics & operations
