Job Responsibilities
Drive Business Development Operations
- Analyse market needs and opportunities in key accounts within assigned verticals.
- Analyse customer needs to determine the prevalent trends, dynamics and market movements.
- Conduct targeted conversations with customers to identify customer needs.
Drive Sales and Marketing Operations
- Develop sales proposals/tender documents.
- Execute sketch prototypes, visualisations and mock-ups for design development.
- Create engaging information graphics for stakeholders.
- Create visualisations and storyboards of user journeys.
- Translate accurate visualisations from design concepts based on communicated requirements.
Drive Business Admin Operations
- Perform basic risk assessments.
- Apply operational policies, standards and procedures.
- Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders.
Drive Programme Management Activities
- Perform administrative support for project management processes.
- Estimate resources required for project activities.
Drive Customer Service Operations
- Resolve customer relationship management conflicts.
- Analyse customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
- Deploy logistics services that meet customer requirements.
- Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements.
- Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.
Drive Logistics Solutioning Services
- Propose ways to eliminate gaps and weaknesses in supply chain operations.
- Develop plans to implement innovative logistics solutions.
- Develop non-established supply chain operations for customers.
- Recommend innovative logistics solutions that address customer needs.
Drive Technology Application and Integration Activities
- Gather information on the latest technology trends.
- Review latest technology trends for application to logistics business.
- Facilitate key activities and milestones in technology projects.
Conduct research on artificial intelligence / machine learning models
- Research and implement machine learning algorithms and tools for AI/ML model development
- Test the operation and performance of the deployed models
- Support continuous improvement of AI solutions
Others
- Undertake any assigned projects / duties directed by Management(if any)
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform applications
- Strong interest in and basic understanding of AI and ML concepts and their applications in business
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Proven problem-solving ability, capable of addressing complex business and technical challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a diverse team environment
- Demonstrated consistency in delivering high-quality work on time
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related role; experience in the supply chain industry is a plus
- Keen in coding / programming is a plus
