Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency

• Oversee the efficient running of manufacturing operations for sats food services 234 pandan loop.
• Establish and review procedures and work process to meet operational changes and customer requirements.
• Monitor process compliance and drive process improvements.
• Plan, manage and control section to work effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure GMPs in food plant & smooth operations.

Safety and Security

• Ensure a safe working improvement for all staff in the section.
• Oversee food & personal safety and security matters related to transportation and operation.

People Development

• Ensure sufficient & proper OJT are being carry out to all staffs
• Monitor, evaluate and enhance staff performance, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and recognising achievements.
• Inculcate good staff discipline, including implementing a fair but firm disciplinary measure when necessary.
• Maintain and enhance positive workplace harmony and staff morale.

Control Operational Costs

• Monitor and control operating costs, including Overtime (OT) costs and transportation claims, while ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor & plan NE staffs duty schedule according to events and operational requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong working relationships with executives, employees and HODs of other departments to ensure maximum integrated operating effectiveness.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.

• Relevant experience in food manufacturing plant operations or a similar field
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ability to analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Possess good decision-making, problem solving and communication skills.
