**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a focal point for all Infrastructure Project related technical enquiries and issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity.
- Proactively identify risks to the services provided and work with the customer to mitigate those risks.
- Ensure that effective communication on the services delivered is provided to the customer (including month or weekly service delivery reports) with the agreed timeframes.
- Proactively manage and negotiate Deliverables with the customer.
- Produce and deliver standard and ad/hoc reports, discuss Project Delivery, manage issues, discuss charges / scope adjustment with the customer in a timely fashion.
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends that directly relate to specific customer’s business strategies.
- Participate in customer presentations.
- Participate in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching.
- Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in ICT industry and managing infrastructure project implementation
- Prior hands-on experience in **Wintel/Servers/Storage**:

- Intermediate level of MS Project and/or other project planning tools.
- Certification against a recognized project management standard (PMP, PRINCE II, CITPM)
- Good experience in senior stakeholder management
- Strong interpersonal communication.
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
