Job Purpose:
1. Together, we serve vulnerable residents and needy students to the best of our abilities, with professionalism in promoting social and multi-racial community bonding.

2. You will work closely with the team to manage programmes and ensure they remain relevant in the changing social service landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
**_In the area of Client Management _**
- Conduct thorough review and evaluation of beneficiaries through a case management system.
- Work with community partners and relevant agencies to provide holistic support.

**_In the area of Programme Management _**
- Oversee the execution of programme/ activities under your charge, ensuring that they align with the organisation’s vision and programme objectives.
- Engage community partners for feedback and opportunities for partnerships.

**_In the area of Business Excellence Support _**
- Support the Manager in the development, implementation and improvement of the processes, structures, capabilities, and capacity needed for our services.
- Work with community partners and relevant agencies to provide holistic support.

**_In the area of Process Improvement Support _**
- Assist Manager to review the processes and actively engage other staff members for ideas/ feedback.
- Assist Manager and Volunteer Manager (for Volunteer Management and Engagement Programme) to improve volunteers’ experience.

Reporting Structure:

- You will report to the Head, Programme

Technical Competencies:

- Develop social service programmes using intervention concepts and frameworks that serve the needs of the clients and community.
- Manage volunteer programmes, operations and logistics and develop volunteer programmes for the organisation.
- Conduct volunteer recruitment activities.

Core Competencies:

- Efficient and effective deployment and allocation of resources when and where they are needed. Include planning, allocating and scheduling of resources to tasks, which typically include manpower, machines, money and materials.
- Manage relationships efficiently and communicate with others effectively to achieve mutual consensus and outcomes.

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in voluntary services.
- Experience with work in programme development and/ or volunteer management in a Social Service Agency.
- Experience in leadership position in voluntary services is preferred.
