**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the preparation and submission of ACMV tenders, including reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Take charge of all M&E QS-related matters, overseeing processes from tender to pre-contract and post-contract administration.
- Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, attend site visits, and conduct tender briefings/meetings.
- Interpret technical specifications, review tender drawings, and address any discrepancies or compliance issues.
- Conduct detailed technical evaluations of tender documents to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with tender submissions and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Plan and execute tender team activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Propose value engineering solutions for ACMV and MEP works where necessary.
- Assist with presentation slides, technical write-ups for tender submissions, and represent the team at tender interviews.
- Collaborate on project planning, including scope of work, manpower allocation, program schedules, and risk assessments.
- Evaluate quotations from sub-contractors/suppliers in accordance with tender requirements.Provide technical guidance and expertise to support decision-making processes.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical/ACMV services.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV and M&E works, including design and build tenders.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance and planning regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.A self-motivated, confident individual with a collaborative mindset.
