**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma.
- JLPT N1 certification with strong proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (as websites and communications are primarily in Japanese).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2C e-commerce.
- Proven track record in web marketing and customer acquisition at executive level.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
- Highly self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently with accountability.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
- Prior experience in launching **e-commerce businesses or online services**.
- Hands-on skills in **SEO management**.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics** for performance tracking and insights.
- Experience working or living overseas (preferred).
- Familiarity with **CMS operations**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize **web marketing campaigns** focused on new customer acquisition.
- Manage hands-on activities in one or more of the following areas:

- SEO, affiliate management, or paid advertising (for customer acquisition)
- Develop, implement, and recommend improvements to **customer acquisition strategies**.
- Analyze campaign data, monitor performance, and implement actionable improvements.
- Utilize SEO strategies, AI crawler optimization, and competitor analysis tools (advantageous).
- Public holidays and leaves are in compliance with MOM guidelines.
