- Department: Commercial- Location: Singapore- The Lazada Regional Platform Operations team, led by Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), defines the platform strategy & drives to execution, establish foundational platform excellence and close end-to-end collaboration across the organization.
- To support the long-term growth of both the team and the company, we are looking to bring onboard the Regional Head of Sales Operations who will drive sales operations across our 6 SEA markets. The individual will need to demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic business environment and be the bridge to translate business strategies, targets and objectives as well as support and enable teams to optimize collaboration and execution to achieve Lazada SEA’s growth aspirations.
- Roles & Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to define and execute sales strategy, policies, processes and business system requirements
- Responsible for sales forecast and operations planning, communications, as well as enabling development and implementation of sales and revenue strategies across functions
- Responsible for incentives and KPI setting for commercial team
- Provide visibility as well as insights into the performance and health of the business including timely performance tracking through dashboards and business reviews
- Perform analysis to identify gaps and maximize sales productivity and efficiency
- Drive operational efficiency and productivity with continuous tools and process improvements.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a Sales Operations / Sales / Business Development
- Strong strategic thinker with good business acumen and able to use an outcome-oriented approach to sales and sales operations. Experience with managing key metrics and assessing sales capability for sales success
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment and to work independently and on a team
- Strong partnering skills with internal and external parties at all levels
- Superior analytical, strategic planning, oral and written communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong business acumen, troubleshooting, problem-solving, project and change management skills
