**THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.**

The Senior Executive/Executive, Marketing Communication is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing communication initiatives, with a focus on digital marketing and social media. This role will work closely with the Assistant Director to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage owned marketing platforms, create engaging content for the social media channels, boost relations with media and influencers, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a driver for the Marketing Communication function to meet organisational goals and desired outcomes.
- The whole suite of Marketing Communication function, which includes digital marketing, social media content development, media relations, marketing & publicity, advertising & promotions, and events.
- To be brand custodian for brands under the DCS umbrella; Singapore Discovery Centre, Singapore Navy Museum and Singapore Air Force Museum.
- Manage social media channels for the organisation, including content creation, follower engagement and monitoring analytics.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communication, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
- For Executive position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Great attention to details; with a flair for aesthetics.
- Competent with a strong marketing acumen, result oriented and loves to create content for social media.
- Creative, cheerful and fun-loving
