**Rectification of Variations Orders (RVOs) and Building Defects**:

- Coordinate the rectification process for Variations Orders (RVOs) and building defects identified during the completed building project.
- Liaise with Management, Committee, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of RVOs and building defects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and assess RVOs and building defects.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all RVOs and building defects, including documentation of correspondence, inspections, and resolutions.
- Prepare regular progress reports for the General Manager, highlighting the status of RVOs and building defects, including any delays or obstacles encountered.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with an experienced committee and the Maintenance Director to ensure alignment on priorities and actions related to RVOs and building defects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to facilitate the resolution process.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all rectification work meets quality standards and is completed to the satisfaction of the organization and relevant regulatory bodies.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Timely Resolution of RVOs and Building Defects:

- Percentage of RVOs and building defects resolved within agreed-upon timelines.
- Average time taken to resolve RVOs and building defects.

**Quality of Work**:

- Number of RVOs and building defects reoccurring after rectification.
- Percentage of rectification work meeting quality standards.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Feedback from stakeholders regarding communication and collaboration effectiveness.
- Adherence to communication protocols and reporting timelines.

**Documentation Accuracy**:

- Accuracy and completeness of documentation related to RVOs and building defects
- Compliance with record-keeping standards.

**Cost Management**:

- Adherence to budgetary constraints for rectification work.
- Identification and implementation of cost-saving measures where possible.
